The House of Representatives on Thursday passed for second reading a bill seeking to amend the 1999 Constitution to mandate the inclusion of youths and persons with disabilities (PWDs) in political appointments.
The bill, sponsored by Hon. Ikenga Ugochinyere (representing Ideato North/South Federal Constituency), was presented for debate by House Leader Hon. Julius Ihonvbere.
