United States Representative Anna Paulina Luna took to her X (formerly Twitter) account on Friday to laud Attorney General Pamela Bondi and President Donald Trump for what she described as an unprecedented commitment to transparency, particularly in the release of Jeffrey Epstein-related evidence.
In a string of pointed tweets posted on July 18, 2025, Rep. Luna said while political opponents focused on undermining Trump, his administration had quietly been working behind the scenes to bring sensitive materials into public view.
“While others were busy trying to knife the president, this was quietly in the works behind the scenes. I can say with full confidence — this is the most transparent administration in U.S. history,” she wrote.
She then issued a challenge to the media, questioning their coverage of earlier developments under President Joe Biden’s administration.
“Now the real question: Will any reporters finally cover the FBI DESTRUCTION of EPSTEIN EVIDENCE UNDER THE FORMER DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF THE FBI during the Biden admin? Enjoy Phase 3 — it’s going to be the coup d’état,” Luna added, referencing what appears to be a new phase of action by Trump allies in unveiling previously hidden federal documents.
In a follow-up tweet, Luna shared a photo that appeared to show her alongside Attorney General Bondi, accompanied by a cryptic caption that has already sparked widespread speculation online.

“This photo was taken earlier today, and no, it’s not a coincidence. This is 4D chess, not checkers. Welcome to the big leagues. Enjoy Phase 3. Attorney General Pamela Bondi is unsealing grand jury testimony — and there’s much more to come. This is the most transparent administration in U.S. history,” the Florida congresswoman wrote.
Though Luna did not specify what further disclosures “Phase 3” may entail, her tweets hint at additional revelations linked to Epstein’s case, which has remained a lightning rod of political controversy in the U.S.
The Biden-era FBI has faced repeated criticism from conservative lawmakers and commentators over the handling of evidence related to Epstein, the late financier and convicted sex offender with deep ties to prominent global figures. Luna’s latest statements appear to signal a renewed Republican push to re-examine the case and potentially pursue legal consequences for alleged mishandling of evidence.
Neither the Department of Justice nor the Federal Bureau of Investigation has issued an official response to the congresswoman’s allegations as of press time.
Meanwhile, legal analysts note that unsealing grand jury testimony is a significant legal move rarely undertaken without serious implications. If further disclosures follow, they could trigger political and legal ripples across Washington in the coming weeks.
