The Nigerian Air Force College of Nursing Sciences (NAFCONS), Kaduna, has announced the commencement of applications for admission into its National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) Nursing Programme for the 2025/2026 academic session.
In a post on the Nigerian Air Force official X handle, the Director of Public Relations and Information, Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame, announced on August 10, 2025, that the call for applications is open to qualified candidates from the military, paramilitary services, and civilians, with admission strictly through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
According to NAFCONS, prospective students must meet the following requirements:
Possess a minimum of five O-level credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Biology, and Chemistry, obtained in not more than two sittings (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB).
Be between the ages of 16 and 26 years as of September 30, 2025.
Be Nigerian by birth.
Have sat for the 2025 UTME, scored at least 180 points, and chosen NAFCONS as their first choice.
Present the UTME subject combination of Use of English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
The programme runs for four years, and application forms can be downloaded from the college’s website at www.nafcons.edu.ng.
For the Post-UTME Screening Exercise, NAFCONS clarified that it does not sell application forms but charges a non-refundable logistics fee of N5,000, payable in cash at the College Finance Office. Completed forms must be submitted with photocopies of academic credentials, secondary school testimonial, birth certificate, certificate of state or local government origin, 2025 UTME result, and four passport photographs.
The Post-UTME screening is scheduled for 8–12 September 2025 at the Nigerian Air Force College of Nursing Sciences, Air Force Base, Kaduna.
