Lagos State Partners with MTN Nigeria to Launch ‘My Lagos App’

The Lagos State Government, in collaboration with MTN Nigeria, has introduced the ‘My Lagos App’, a digital platform designed to enhance urban living and improve access to essential city services. The app was officially unveiled at MTN Plaza, Ikoyi, Lagos, as part of efforts to streamline public services and promote digital inclusivity.

A One-Stop Solution for Lagos Residents

The ‘My Lagos App’ offers a variety of features aimed at boosting economic growth, ensuring accountability, and providing real-time updates. The app simplifies access to key services, including:

  • Real-time traffic updates and navigation
  • Emergency response services
  • Utility bill payments
  • Business directories and listings
  • Tourism and entertainment information

Speaking at the launch event, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, represented by Deputy Governor Dr. Kadiri Obafemi Hamzat, highlighted the significance of this initiative in a rapidly growing metropolis like Lagos.

“This app serves as a crucial bridge between the government and citizens, ensuring transparency and accountability while enhancing service delivery. It offers seamless access to public services, real-time updates, and a smarter way to navigate urban life,” Sanwo-Olu stated.
