The Nigeria Security & Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS), Federal Fire Service (FFS), and Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) are Nigeria’s main paramilitary organisations. The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire & Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has formally invited suitably qualified Nigerians to apply for jobs with these agencies on X (formerly Twitter).
The board stated in a statement on Monday that President Tinubu has authorised the hiring of 30,150 employees for the four services and 209 more posts for CDCFIB administrative staff in order to improve emergency response and national security capabilities.
It is anticipated that the application window would open in the middle of June and close three weeks later. It is recommended that potential candidates begin gathering the required paperwork and keep an eye out for official announcements on the CDCFIB and service-specific websites.
