The Sir Ahmadu Bello Memorial Foundation has announced a two-day interactive session to be held on May 20 and 21, 2025, in Kaduna. The session is aimed at evaluating the performance of President Bola Tinubu’s administration as Nigeria prepares for the 2027 general elections.
The forum will bring together political analysts, civil society groups, policymakers, academics, and citizens to engage in a critical review of the government’s achievements and challenges since 2023. According to the Foundation, the event will serve as a platform for open dialogue, accountability, and the development of policy recommendations.
In a statement, the Foundation’s Executive Secretary said, “We believe it is crucial to assess where we are as a country and how the current administration has addressed national issues such as security, the economy, education, and infrastructure.”
The event will feature keynote speeches, panel discussions, and breakout sessions. Notably, it is expected to draw participation from members of the National Assembly, state governors, and representatives of international organizations.
This initiative reflects the Foundation’s continued role in promoting good governance and democratic engagement in Northern Nigeria and beyond.
